I’m Kassie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) with a passion for helping others. My journey began during my time working in community health, where my I discovered my desire to help others along their healing journey. This led me to pursue my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Whitworth University. I have received training in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Motivational Interviewing. These approaches can foster deeper connections, strengthen relationships, and support meaningful, lasting change.
It is my belief that meaningful therapeutic change comes from a warm, collaborative approach. Exploring how attachment experiences, family systems, and life transitions shape your present struggles can help you better understand patterns, create insight, and sustain meaningful change. I strive to create a space where clients feel both accepted for who they are and empowered to move towards change. Whether we are doing individual or relational work, I value authenticity and I hope to help clients reconnect with themselves and the relationships that matter the most.
